I honour my kinship networks, the beings of the water sphere, the winged ones, the subterranean ones, the invisible ones, the elemental beings, the angelic network and all the parallel evolutions.

My journey

As a child originally from Hong Kong and growing up in New York, I spent countless hours in my imagination, reading, folding origami and making up games with my sisters. My education was then consumed by an academic route focused on exams, grades and outward accomplishments.

Looking back on my college student days, I feel the most formative moments were the non-doing in wondrous places: standing in the desert, daydreaming in Granada. I was searching for a deeper sense of my being which could not be fulfilled by an intellectualised mind.

After graduating from Yale University in 2002, I started working in London in the well-being industry. At some point it looked like I was on a spa management career track. But my passion most strongly resonated with the therapeutic aspects. I studied and practiced a number of touch-based therapies. I became a practitioner of the Arvigo Abdominal Therapy. In Rosita Arvigo’s garden in Belize I learned plant prayers and asking for permission from the plants; the spiritual healing work was intertwined with the body-based manual therapy techniques.

As a bodyworker I was fascinated by how the body seemed to speak. Through my hands I accessed an inner world that communicated through feelings, images and intuition. This sensitivity then extended beyond the human body to all kinds of bodies: trees, water, rocks and invisible presences. They became alive as intelligent beings with perspectives, feelings and wisdom to share.

Since 2011, I have been participating in collective efforts to support the Earth’s transformation processes guided by the geomantic teachings and initiatives from Marko Pogačnik and the LifeNet network. This collaboration continues to be a great inspiration and profound spiritual path for me. I currently serve as a member of LifeNet's organisational team.

I have found the essence of healing is grounding in presence and awareness of the innate healing capacities within each being. I am inspired to discover what it means to be sacredly embodied. I have trained as a yoga teacher, Kundalini dance facilitator and practitioner of ancient Lomi Lomi and Ka'a Lele 'au flying. I am part of the Traumascapes team as a trauma-sensitive associate practitioner. I am grateful to the guides and allies, including the indigenous ancestors and souls in the spiritual realm, elemental devas, the cosmic flowers, dolphins and whales, the Avalon Sidhe, the bee dimension and others. Motherhood has been a precious part of my life path.

My experience has shown me that through embodied co-creativity, we open the possibilities of deeper engagement with the Earth cosmos. The dedication to reclaiming our full aliveness and opening up the pathways to the inner senses, perceptions and insights form the basis of my work with individuals and groups. I would be delighted for you to join myself and others at the Indigo Gaia Hive, a hub for learning and transformation through Co-creative Meditation, Dance Alchemy and Geomancy.
