Dance Alchemy

Dance Alchemy is a sacred dance practice of deep listening and intuitive flow, embodying the currents of Gaia Sophia. In circle we gather to hold a sacred space for surrendering, softening, feeling, moving, expressing and being. Sinking into the divine feminine and masculine essences, we viscerally explore the matrix of life: What forces are dancing through me? Who is dancing with me?

The dance is an invitation to deepen into the weave of our elemental and soul consciousness, liberating the body as a source of infinite wisdom and wellspring of creative expression. Dance Alchemy ignites the inner fires that connect to the life-renewing forces of Gaia Sophia. In this process we burn away illusions, create possibilities for healing and expand our potential to experience love as sacred embodiment.

Through the dance we move through all the elements, calling in the divine dark aspect of Gaia Sophia: she who unveils the hidden, integrates the shadows and decomposes what is no longer needed.

Sensuality and eros are embraced as divine frequencies and inner cultivations, not dependent on an outside source. We shift over-masculinised patterns by allowing the feminine principle to lead. As we balance the sacred masculine and sacred feminine tides, we experience their union within us as ecstatic creative life force.

In the Dance Alchemy practice we engage with different gestures, body and breath movements along with imagination to form a universal language that is accessible to beings in the parallel dimensions. Grounding in present moment receptivity and attunement, we tune into specific existing and emergent energy centres, organs and areas of the body as multi-dimensional gateways. The dance is a co-creation with all the beings of Gaia Sophia’s worlds, whom we have attuned to and who are supporting us.
