Gathering around the fire of the Indigo Gaia Hive, we let go of the scattered mind and allow our transparent wings to melt into the body. Here we settle into the soft belly and pelvic chalice, the energetic womb or hara, opening to the inner realms that guide us through the cosmic Earth matrix. All outward manifestations, blocks or impasses, are part of the unfolding of the inner worlds. To these inner worlds we return, through rocky and watery paths, with the sacred beat of the enquiring heart leading us forward.

Inner Dimensions Guidance is a guided journey using the sacred tool of imagination. Through clean language, I guide you deeper into the indigenous landscape of your personal matrix. The landscape is indigenous because I do not create or suggest any landmarks- every part of the journey is sourced from your own inner universe.
The external world is full of prescriptions, and we can no longer continue in the current paradigm. Inner Dimensions Guidance is a gentle yet effective way of accessing your innate shamanic and wizardry abilities to perceive and co-create with the matrix of life. Your imagination, feelings and intuition are the portal through which all beings of the inner realms communicate. To engage with this work, it is best to release all preconceived ideas and identities. In each moment of the journey, we discover pathways and resonances that hold new meaning and wisdom.
Contemporary styles of upbringing tend to emphasise an inert, material reality, and many of us have lost awareness of our invisible allies and inner realms. Our physical body feels shapes, textures and temperatures, while our subtle body works with intuition and imagination, palpating the frequencies of the inner worlds. As we unfetter from the dominance of the conceptual and analytical mind, our consciousness regains its wholeness as a resplendent symphony. My questions are the sacred drum and rhythms nudging you forward. Your job is to trust what is arising and to keep going.
